some people saying you blokes have joined the race for Tuck & Krakouer. I wouldnt have thought you blokes would be interested, personally I thought you blokes needed speedsters. Still Tuck & Krak are good players so who knows. Any of you guys heard this or are the stories wrong? Just asking, this isnt my story- im just looking to find out if its true coz its come from another forum.

Cant say i have heard much about it. To be honest i dont see us going after Krakour (not saying he isnt a good player) given we have Lovett and Dempsey(who is a year or two off) who both play simlar type roles.

Havent heard anything, although would love to see Tuck in our colours. Dont see this happening though.

why would richmond want to trade tuck, he is part of their engine room and i wouldn't want krakour at all.

I agree, Krakouer is very overrated. No surprise to see Rodan delisted also. My guess would be Tambling would be under some scrutiny next season to show something to warrant his reputation

Haven't heard anything about this either. I can't see it happening.

No way we would be interested in Krakour.
As for Tuck, well, his an engine room player and we already have the likes of J.Johnson, etc, who fill that role. More or less we need speed, not grunt.

Pace/speed/run can get a little overrated at times. Tuck is a ball magnet that every team should consider getting if possible, whenever a midfielder has the ball that means it goes our way every time and the ball is heading to our leaky defence less, if he is getting it 20-25 times a game we should really consider him, if at all possible that is

Agree totally.
Pace if fantastic, as long as the guy who has it can get the ball and use it as he should.
I can't see any way Tuck would leave Richmond.
He was discarded by Hawthorn and thrown a lifeline by Richmond.
He has cemented his place in an improving young team, so why would he want to leave or Richmond trade him?

Yup, and it seems he will be one of their solid clubman for sometime.

There were rumours that Richmond wanted to trade him for something else they need but they are all just rumours and I wouldn't believe them for a second, I agree he will be a Tiger next year

Geez I wouldnt mind Tuck at Essendon.

Him and Jobe would make one bloody decent combination inside the packs, would be clearances galore our way!

He might be over it, he had a pretty darn good second half of the year. With a good pre-season we might be able to get a bit more out of JJ

Hope so.......
IMO, it's probably a factor that's influensing his contract issues.
28yo's generally don't completely get over chronic injuries. With JJ's lack of polish, any lack of conditioning (due to injury) will be exploited 10 fold in the modern game.
But as i said; i hope he's managing it and able to take on a full pre-season.
