I think today showed us a perfect example of what a side looks like when they wait for the easy ball, as against a side that bends their back and hits the ball hard. Ironically both sides were Freo.

It showed me who is prepared to bend their back and do the hard yards. Funny that the players who changed the fortune of our side was the oldest ( a dud they roar ) and some of the youngest.

Can players like Mundy, Josh Carr and the Wizz look Macca, Brock, Chopper and Ibbo in the eyes !!!!.

For the record, well done Macca, you were an inspiration and by not giving up on contests, created turnovers in a positive manner.

The young guys were terrific with their enthusiasm and determination. Macca was pretty good too (he justified his selection). A few of the older and not so old guys should take a hard look at themselves.

Was OK without being outstanding. I liked the way he attempted to mark and cleaned up two Demons. Was bit reckless but I liked the determination he showed there.
