I think you’re onto something. We played a few early season games at the G in the late 90s/early 2000s and we’d usually win. However, they’d go in dry in the return bouts at Footy Park.

Most recent MCG games I can remember against Port are 2009 when we were tanking and still won, 2013 when they belted the shit out of us, 2018 when we looked likely to beat them by 80 and then struggled to get out of a walk after halftime and 2019 when we failed to score in the last quarter

Can't see us making finals. We'll have a crack at it, but no Max, no Trac. Next few weeks against sides in the 8. I'll be shocked if we win more than 1 of those. Just keep playing a young side and see what happens.

Perpetually finishing outside the top 6... 7th to 10th is no-mans land, as far as list building goes.
