Looks good. Can't tell if that's Cordon Bleu at the top of the pic but the sauces look definitely French Cuisine inspired. Maybe you're in a former French dominion?

Maybe, or maybe not. They call it Beef Wellington on the menu but I believe a Wellington should have pâté in it and this has duxelle which makes it boeuf en croûte IMHO
I didn't live there that long but I did live in that exact compound
Well it's from exactly where I was on Saturday evening
