There are some pickled vegetables mixed in but it’s mostly beef, noodles and scrumptious curry sauce

I lived in two of those countries so ate a lot of their food… plus Indo, Singapore, Malay. One thing I miss in Spain is Asian/spicy food but happily in Seville there is a reasonable Chinese community and there is excellent hotpot available
