BTW in response to a recent zackah meltdown I asked if they had any ocean aged fizzy white wine…
After they’d stopped laughing they kindly offered to put a bottle of Dom in the toilet cistern and flush it a few times but I declined and opted for this instead

A good drop that's available here and worldwide so it's origin isn't really a clue.
The meal itself looks like two different types of meat covered in gravy accompanied by a large serve of fettucine.

Yes you can get CdR all over, i thini the first time i had it ws in Shanghai. It is a clue to the dish though
