Where will we finish??

Truthfully i dont believe we can get above 14th, Hawthorn is the worst team in the comp, they cannot kick a winning score, but next i think is between adelaide and us, our major issue is our defense i dont believe we can keep teams to low enough score regularly to win more than 4 or 5 game. I also feel we lack a lot of experience with the average age of list like 21 or 22 it promises a lot but not really up to the rigors of AFL football yet.

My personal belief is that we may as well finish bottom if we cannot finish above 14th and get first pick at the best talent in the country, do a saint kilda and exploit the system while is still in place. It sounds dodgey but it is working for the saints. It will also be good to provide many of the younger blokes with some experience.

Anywhere from 13th to 16th. Not much seperates the Tigers, Bulldogs, Hawks and Crows.

give schulz some time to get used to CHB. He's pretty talented and should improve a heap as a defender. Gaspar should be alot better this season too. Our backline wasn't too bad against Collingwood. We are capable of finishing in the 8.

We would have been smashed had we been playing a top team. Still, it was a definite improvement on the last few years and I think we are headed in the right direction.

Prior to the game I was hoping on a 1994-like improvement, but I can't see that happening.

We can finish above the bulldogs, hawthorn, adelaide, collingwood, kangas and carlton. If we have a decent season, we can easily finish above these teams. Melbourne, Fremantle and Sydney are also capable of crap seasons. Frawley has gone. The smart people know that we aren't as bad as we were last season. The new coach and game plan is a huge difference

yep agree to that. 7th or 8th would be a great season. but 10th - 14th is more likely imo
