not exactly right Korn. Palm has become the generic name. you tend to refer to the OS, usually Palm OS or Pocket PC. Sharp has a Linux OS.

check out Organiser World. They're in Melbourne but have an online shop.

Have a look at the Tungsten T2 and the HP iPAQs. Depends what you want. You need to know that first. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mp3, camera, dictaphone, etc etc

red+black is right - you need to work out what you need. I have a Handspring Treo, which is basically a Palm OS PDA that works as a phone too. The palm is even more than I need, as I tend to only use it for its datebook/addressbook features. I don't care much for games, and I have an iPod, so mp3 playback is of little use to me.

The Pocket PC ones that run on Windows CE (I think...) are a bit pricier, but may have bigger and better features, like high res colour screens, mp3 and video playback etc.

Work out what you need, all too often these things end up as $1200 paperweights when people don't end up using them.
