White shorts????

I know its not that bid of a deal and it was a few days ago now but I still can't figure out why we were made to wear our white away shorts at our home game???? Isnt that the whole idea of clubs having alternate strips, so when they play away there is no clash? Why twice now have Carlton got their way and been able to wear their entire home strip against us, who in navy blue is very close to Carltons home jumper, shouldnt we then have worn our white strip, rediculous I know because its our home game, but in the end the jumpers were very similar and we got shafted again. Can you imagine if this week against the pies we come out and say, we want to wear our home strip so you can wear your away jumper at your home game! Eddie would die. Stinks of Vics wanting to get their way even outside of Victoria.
Sorry for the rant just pisses me off.

Yeah I know it doesn't matter but it just don't make sense, who decides which team wears what, is it the AFL, do the clubs put in a special request to wear home strips away?

Was kinda weird that Carlton had their navy as well - it was a bit confusing looking at player's backs.

White shorts for the away team pretty much does not apply any more though. I guess the AFL felt it more appropriate that WC wore white shorts given they have more white in their guernsey.

Fully agree mate, start one up and I'm sure just about everyone would sign it, I'd love to go back to the old eagles logo but that will never happen, but just the away design in navy royal and yellow as a clash would be great.
