Who are out top 6 midfielders Position 3

It seems to me that most top AFL teams have 6 top midfielders in their side.
I think it would be interesting to see who are rated as our top 6.

IMO we have 2 no brainers Chris Judd and Nick Stevens no need to debate their worth to our side. They are number 1 and 2.

But the positions 3 4 5 6 are more difficult. So I propose to run a pole that votes on each position 3rd best 4th best etc

So here goes....

Remember this is a pole for the next best midfielder behind Judd and Stevens

Personally whenever Simpson gets in the ball with a little space I feel something good comming, therefore i think hes the MOST VALUABLE midfielder after those 2 in terms of what he does with the ball.

Simpson for mine. Reckon he's improved on last year already. Really impressed with the way he had the confidence to use his right foot last night. I'd have them in this order:

3. Simpson
4. Murphy
5. Carrazzo
6. Bentick

Gibbs misses out only because he hasn't played alot of footy through the midfield on a consistent basis. However, if last night was any guide. he'll be spending a considerable amount of time there this year.

Clearly Scotland. I know a lot of his work is off the HB line, but his ability to read the play, and sure disposal put him well ahead of the rest at this stage.
