Ya know, as great as this off-season has been, I reckon we need to stop trying to collect players like footy cards and build a team with what we've got. You know, like decent teams do.

We have the raw materials now, we need to train, teach and develop them into a unit, and win some games. THAT is what to target next.

If any other freebies fall into our lap, great.
