Who do you think Jaguar should hire for their 2nd driver in 2004?

I don't think Wilson is up to it, send him back to Minardi or give him the testing role.

As for the driver, I would go with Wurz or Villeneuve, if Villeneuve would take a lower salary (even though i dont know what he's on compared to say Webber).

What do you think.

Probably because Villeneuve can beat him!

Can't really seperate Wurz or Villeneuve, it will probably go to whoever takes the lower salary or can get sponsorship to pay for themselves.

If I was running Jaguar I'd take Wurz.

Villeneuve has shown that of he hasn't got a fast car, he doesn't give a stuff and just goes out there and races because he's getting paid.

It seems that Jaguar is still in a developmental phase and having Mark as the #1 with the better car, and having a younger, more hungrier driver like Wurz as #2 can only benefit Jaguar.

Wurz has been a tester at McLaren for the past 3 seasons, so has a wide technical knowledge. Webber prefers him coz he knows him better (they used to have the same trainer and drove for Mercedes in their GT cars)

The Jag is equal to the BAR, so Jacques is pretty much gonna have the same level of machinery, and that wasn't enough for him.
Go Wurz!
