There will be lively debate over the next 9 months as to who has the better side in 2019.

Collingwood made the GF and were rolled in the dying minutes by a superior Eagles outfit. Pie supporters hope a better run with injury and the addition of Dane Beams will take them one step further.

Richmond sat on top of the ladder all year and blew it against the Pies in the PF. They have traded in Tom Lynch but in order to get him they have sacrificed some of the depth.

Supporters of both teams are very critical of the other. Pies supporters are crowing as they feel they have the Tigers covered as per the PF final.

Tiger supporters say they are better as they finished on top and have Lynch to bolster their attack.

Both teams should be able to make the top 4 in 2019 but which one will finish on top of the other?

Although I duo agree with your insistence that the AFL tried to go the fix through awarding Richmond 200 less frees than Collingwood, and has brought in a raft of rule changes to try and put a halt to the rampaging Tigers.
