Value is value, and the Pies aren't certainties to go down tonight. It is quite rare for odds to be that great, considering it's a Pre-Season cup when anything can happen. Many will take it, so a big payout if the Pies chalk up a fantastic win.
Roos are more determined to win this Pre-Season cup. They have a good side in, compared to an experimental side (not only because it's PS, but because it is interstate). Also, don't forget that the Roos are 4 weeks ahead of anyone in the Pre-Season. They have had a big Pre-Season on top of that, not only the long journey, but it has been harder than hard from all reports.
wow what a speech...pass the kleenex. Yeah i'd like collingwood to travel to Perth too...one way preferred...Really this a fantastic opportunity for the club. Win or lose we get to play either Fremantle or WC next week and really this is when you see where we are with a few more players back. I personally would like the team to travel to WA, the experience the kids will get by going in a group again, building a tight knit group that will, in the future, be the envy of all other AFL teams. Our future begins tonight win or lose.
