Personally Headless I think the problem is they spend too much time riding the top contributors button and not enough time in their team pm telling each-other how to post and who to talk to. The fans notice these off field things.
I mean it’s no coincidence that the 2 clubs with the most renowned and insular team pm’s draw the biggest crowds.

I'm ridiculously good looking.
This causes others to feel a deep sense of shame while around me, it extends like an Aura out to several hundred meters. I think this turns people away.
There's strong evidence for this claim, because throughout my schooling, and adult life, most conversations I am part of end with people threatening to give me a black eye, thus reducing my attractiveness, and heaps of people turn up to see that.
