Ok, while in the shower about 15 minutes ago I heard a few live calls on the radio.
Out of the shower I have now seen some of those results.

Not sure about you, but I throught live meant live as happening, not 3 seconds ago, not 30 seconds ago and not 15 minutes ago.

They are not revealing which footage is live and which is taped. They are heavily packaging the coverage to try and fit in all the finals. If you want true live events then you need to be either a Bigpond subscriber for the 8 online channels or a Foxtel subscriber for the pay channels. You cannot expend a single free to air broadcaster to survive on just live broadcasting as too many finals overlap.

I was a bit frustrated last night when they started coverage at 6:30PM and until the first swimming final after 7 they showed just two cycling sprints. The other 25 minutes was padding. We missed all the cycling sprints that did not involve Australians.

If you want live then get Foxtel. simple as that. And can you show us anything where it says LIVE for the games ?
