Computers & Internet Why does my telstra dongle keep dropping out

Ive got this telstra usb dongle for the internet, and it keeps dropping out on me everytime I connect!!! Especially when dowloading songs and looking at vids on youtube.

Frustrating as hell!!!

Anyone know why it does this?

Mobile internet is ridiculously unreliable.
What is the signal strength like? Have you tested this device in other physical locations?
Might pay to eliminate these kinds of possibilities.
