What more does he have to do?
Seriously, it's getting beyond a joke how much this guy gets bagged on here.
Last week, he kept Deledio to 13 possessions and 2 goals (one of which was from a free kick that wasn't a free kick, which should have been a rushed behind). Richmond know that Deledio doesn't have what it takes to be a midfielder, so they want him as a key forward, someone who could kick 55-60 goals a season, and 13 possessions, he had no impact on the game.
Tonight, Bannister tagged Dal Santo for the first three quarters, I counted that Dal Santo had 12 possessions at 3 Quarter Time, Banno then went forward, he helped set up that passage of play that Stevens butchered when he missed a 30cm handball to Judd, and Banno also got himself a goal, Dal Santo ended up with 21 touches, but when the game was in the balance, Dal Santo had absolutely no impact on the game.
What more does he have to do? Seriously guys, he's beaten his two opponents this season, one of which is one of the best midfielders in the game.
