Similar last year. Stawell won one, and the two Horsham teams shared the rest

How many of these guys do you think they’ll take into the granny? Flynn Toner would also be up for selection also. Would be pretty risky bringing in injured guys against the thunder who have just beaten them and taking games from youngsters who are fit to play. Who would you take out of rats prelim side to fit these guys in?
 
Nhill looked good first half. Kept it up to the Rats! Just Ararat wasteful with some shots and kept them in it. Thought Frazer driscoll, petros Politis & clay shadforth where their best. Frazer started well on Williamson but just blew up in the end and couldn’t keep up the intent. Fair for a bloke that’s played minimal game time. Ararat sounds like kept the ganley, shea’s ect rested for another week. Paid off I guess. Think will be another close game between Ararat and giants but games like this you gotta give it to the proven side in Ararat. Ben Taylor for BOG. Blokes a star.

Frazer played last week and this week with a Fractured Fibula, he’s got a ton of heart that bloke.
Just to see the two smallest towns in the league battle it out for a spot in the prelim Prelim is great I reckon.

Rats going into the reserves undefeated against Minyip who are coming in from 5th, both contests between the sides have been close during the year will be some handy players running around.

Can’t see kettle playing popped shoulder didn’t look good. Ganley has to play even on 1 leg out of square would be super dangerous. Maybe Tonner in for McLoughlan.

Going over old stuff but is Williamson a certainty to play next weekend? His report is still being investigated.

Talk on the weekend of Ararat continuing to crack the shits over the handling of the netball scoring fiasco & the on/off field abuse towards Williamson could have them looking to a league to the East of the town.

It’s always cold and wet there and the oval smells like urine.
There supporters don’t exist unless they are winning and when they are, they are unbearable.

The week after they win the premiership, the league should fine them the amount of the winners cheque for bringing the league into disrepute.

As I mentioned last week, a fit Delahunty is the second best player in the comp, second on that list is a no brainer. Tom Mills is probably a bit too high.

No idea on Reserves.

The Ballarat league borders on Melbourne, would be so much travel and harder for the juniors. Not as much of a family league, would be fine for seniors though.

Swap Taylor & Mills and that’s pretty close I reckon. Dewar & Fisher stiff from Thunder. Lindsay, Shea & Kettle stiff from Rats
