I've got a problem with Windows XP.
I have the following accounts :
Administrator Administrator
Cameron Administrator
Katrina Power User
Helen Power User
The two Administrator accounts work, but the other two don't anymore.
I have changed the accounts of Katrina and Helen to Administrator accounts and they work.
Obviously I can't permanently the two accounts to Administrator, so I need to know why Helen's account and Katrina's account aren't working.
They type in their password and their wallpaper loads. But that's it. No desktop icons, no Start Menu bar, nothing else. I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE but there are no processes running that shouldn't be.
To make sure it isn't just the accounts of Katrina and Helen, I created another account as a Power User. That didn't work either. But when I changed it to an Administrator account everything was fine.
I need to get this fixed ASAP - can anybody offer some help?????
