Wood replacement?

Reported that Wood has a broken leg. Who should we use to replace him? Is Barlow an option? Do we persist with stack who I though did some nice things today or go someone else?

I must have been talking with my wife on the occasions when Stack did those nice things. One passage of play sums him up....third quarter coming out of defence under no pressure. Bulldogs teammate free on the wing by 15m. Stack puts it straight on the chest of the Essendon player coming off the interchange. Having said that.... with our injuries to defenders he will get a game next week.

Why Stack? I thought he played well today and didn't stop trying. Unfortunately for him and the backline, the game was played in Essendon's half of the ground for more thgan 70% of the time so they were all under siege. To bad our midfield let us down big time today and allowed the pressure on the backline. So get off his back he wasn't the worse performer today.

Back to the thread, I thick Addison will come in for Wood.

Regarding stack. His disposal was very poor but his defensive work i though was good enough to persist with. Like he backed into packs and he got his hands to alot of marking contests. If he can work on his disposal he will be much better for it.

So glad addison is an option. His tough work at the ball will be needed and if picken is out due to injury then we need him even more.

What nice things? Surely Stack won't get a game this week, although he wasn't on his own. If Gilbee is not right then go for Tough quicks Moles & Addison in for Wood & Stack.
