Household tasks. Not many enjoy them but they need doing. GD, what is your most hated household chore?

Mine is by far the vacuuming. Don't know why but I've always hated vacuuming. Close second is bathroom cleaning.

In the contrary, I don't mind doing dishes or doing laundry.

Roomba.
I always thought they would be gimmicky and ineffective but they do a fantastic job.

My missus doesn't really whinge about vacuuming at all anymore so I presume its far less work.

Changing bed sheets

I just use a fitted sheet plus doona on the bed. Easy. Hate feeling trapped under sheets anyway.

Cleaning the shower is the worst. Though I have an old rental now and it has some GOAT glass shower screen that must be 20 years old but it appears to repel soap scum completely.

Mine sucks. I've tried everything to get it clean.

Changing bed sheets
+1

Don't mind doing any task required but I stomp my feet like a child when my missus says it's time to change the sheets.

Hanging out clothes is the only one I find really horrible.
Drying dishes sometimes sucks, but only if there's heaps of them.

I enjoy vacuuming. I like the smell. I don't know if it's the smell of cleanliness or filth floating up into my nostrils, but in any case, it smells good.

Moping, hardly ever do it. Also refuse to change the bedsheets every week.

Washing dishes after something like a Sunday roast. Or a shower which hasn't been cleaned in a good while. Anything that involves getting up close and personal with cleaning up after grubs basically. Things liable to set off germ phobe OCD, caused by careless others.

Quite enjoy things like washing, ironing, folding, clothesline, gardening, pruning, vacuuming (unless terrible suction), taking out the garbage, walking the dog, fetching the mail, etc.
