WTF Bracken????

Firstly i want to know why Nathan is in the side ahead of Williams in the first place.Now they are questioning who will make way if Williams comes in, Bichel or Bracken??? How can they even question it?? Bracken needs his chances but what ever happened to earning them on merit, and someone being dropped after poor bowling.
Bracken better not get to play in the second test at the expense of Bichel after he got the nod ahead of the much deserving williams. Bichel has been ripped off too many times, he gets ripped off by Lee, Lee is **** and gets put in purely to scare people and Andy has to sit out.

i think Bracken is an ok bowler but he is far from the calibre of Bichel.

Bichel is past it and Williams is shi t. (sore loser too)

Bracken is young and will be a star, just you wait.
Lee is a very good bowler and HAS performed at the highest level.

For the Second Test the team should stay the same with Williams 12th so he can cry again.
For the Third Test and if Lee is available then if Bichel has another shocker he should be dropped otherwise Bracken will make way.

personally I think williams, bicheal, bracken are ok bowlers none of them are great. and I dont think bracken is going to be a star as someone suggested. And it dosent really matter anyway because lee will be put back in the side soon because the selecters love him and his NSW and he only gets the tailenders out.

I personally think that Bracken is very limited and has been given a great ride through the ranks.

If they are looking for a left armer, Inness is the go despite an ordinary action. He has numbers onthe board.

Noffke is better than both of them and I rate higher than Bichel, but unfortuantely is injured atm.

We've been through this a million times but may as well make it a million and one. I agree that Bracken was unbelievably lucky to get a test cap and that if it isn't NSW bias then there's been some amazing coincidences over the years.

However now that he's been chosen he probably deserves another test - he didn't set the world on fire in Brissy but he wasn't terrible. Then again Williams deserved another test but didn't get it so I guess Bracken shouldn't be so deserving either. But don't worry, he'll get looked after at the selection table.

Rama - yes Lee has performed at the highest level but it's now almost the four year anniversary since that happened (the last Indian tour). Did you know that since 2001 he has averaged 36 in tests? That's pathetic and he should not be a walk up start in this team.

Bracken was only given his dubious test debut because he is a left armer, not because of NSW bias. I'd prefer Inness to Bracken but hey, Bracken has been playing one day cricket for a while now, and he's proven useful against India before, altho he never should have been selected for the GABA test.
And spornstar, an average of 36 is, compared to the rest of the world, reasonable... but you are right its frankly not good enough for Australia. If the selectors continue to show faith in Bracken, hopefully he can start to shine... if not, bring in Wright.

That doesn't explain Inness' non selection. Still I think Bracken deserves support and a chance now that he's in. It's not his fault that he was selected without justification, so I'm gonna get off his back.

Even for the rest of the world 36 is ordinary. For Australia it's a joke.

Inness- First one to put his hand up on a green top, first one to go missing when the going gets tough. Has poor work ethic and wont get a gig at international level untill he does the hard work.
