WWE Classics on Demand vs. WWE Network

I've been trying to find a place that has all of the old Mr. Perfect vignettes and I came across something called "WWE Classics on Demand".
I'd never heard of it before does anyone remember it and if it was any good???

Classics on Demand was the early version of the network before WWE Network. the Legends of Wrestling roundtables were pretty good.

you should be able to find a bunch of Mr Perfect vignettes on youtube.
