That was from the West Australian (07.07.2016) and you have quoted it spot on. It was the judge that made most of comments reportedly.Honestly can't find the article but it stated he was drunk and swearing loudly and taking up an 'aggressive stance'.
It was one where the judge had a go at him and said he tends to do this once a year and needs to control his alcohol consumption.
Went into how he hadn't had a drop since March.
Not making it up. Just can't find the article now!
Was the judge there? He would have his information from the (unbiased) police report. Yarran would plead guilty and show remorse to make it go away no matter what the truth. That was from the West Australian (07.07.2016) and you have quoted it spot on. The voice of reason coming from RTB is that if they earn there way in they will get a chance. He is keen to play particularly Yarren and Morabito but they have to earn the right. I'm not saying Yaz won't be on the list for 2017 but an underwhelming finish to the year and them writing off $55K will be a drop in the ocean.I know Yaz has another year but do you honestly see him playing in purple this year ?
I don't unless we have some sort of injury to Mayne et el

Oh dear.
Glad they have the move on notices which gives kids an opportunity to remove themselves from a situation, which commonly happens at for example out of control house parties.
Much rather my kids where given a move on notice than arrested if caught up in a situation. Would like to think they would be smart enough to take the hint.
What charge can be laid for someone drunk, swearing loudly and taking up aggressive stances? Is that drunk and disorderly? Genuine question.
You seem incandescently bright.Yarrans a dumbo
don't know how you know what lighting I have on me when I'm in a different country to you.You seem incandescently bright.
Drunk and disorderly? Why should someone be charged for being drunk and swearing? Last I checked neither being drunk or swearing are crimes, or literally everyone in Australia would have a criminal record. And "taking up an aggressive stance"?????. Did he hit anyone? If he didn't hit anyone then he has not committed a crime.
Sorry but you just sound like a control freak.

You should become a defense attorney.
