Who is adelaide's recruiting staff.

Continuously take picks like van berlo, mckay, walker, tippet, dangerfield, ottens, porplyzia and there are plenty more. Not all first rounds, in fact some late rounds or even rookies.

These guys have never really finished down the bottom and have done much better than us.

They pick guys that can run and hit targets. NO guys like armfield, bentley, hadley, bentick, robinson. benajmin (gone), edwards.

How muh more proof do you people need??

I don't care if hughes is not the worst - I want the best! We have the money, we have the proof.

As a mod just take a look back through my last 9-10 posts. I put up 2-4 paragraphs of some thought or opinion. I understand it may be wrong, slightly wrong, or whatever. 2-3 posts later Gilly is on there with the sarcastic one word answer and emoticon. We're talking numerous times as he is obssessed with my posts lol.

Despite this continual behaviour, you pick me out.

I'll say one more thing before quitting.....reading Emma's book The Draft, sounds to me like Pelchen does have an "overseeing" role as you like to say, but it comes across as more of 1) advice on list direction and needs, 2) Devil's Advocate role at recruiting meetings. I don't know for a fact, but I dare say from the insights in the book, and the fact that Wright and Bucks see the majority of footy that those two are largely responsible for producing their best available list at the end of the day.
