Fantastic win and what a great experience for them too! I was ****ty with the way Melbourne almost succeeded in roughing them up to lose their cool, but they still came through!

Your guys done good today. Very impressive win, and I must say after years of bagging McManus he put in one impressive performance today.
Freo should be finals bound now - if you can knock off Hawthorn in two weeks I reckon its a certainty.

This is so awesome! I had to leave for netball at three quarter time and made dad msg me updates while i was playing. His last msg only read "yiiiiiiiippppppppppppppppppeeeeeeeeee yyyiiiiippppppppeeeeeeee"
Consequently, i had an awesome game of netball, and we won by 7
But anyway, thats not the point! How good was that freo vics group hey? I have the upmost respect for them and cant wait to be over there for the maggies game for my anual ritual! Is anyone else going over for that game?

Kenny, I think its pretty safe to say that your lot will make the finals this year. I watched the game yesterday and was impressed with your no name back line. They work well and polack will be a star.
Its interesting that nearly all the vic sides are crap. None of them will be a threat this year which should see both freo and wc up around top six.
Could be an interesting final series with a possible home final between wc and freo.

Maybe the club should promote some sort of annual away game fixture where they encourage all freo fans in perth to travel to one game a year.
With flights as cheap as they are, you can get a weekend in Melbourne for $500 bucks. If I thought a couple of thousand other Freo fans would make the trip as well, i'd be there. Be like one big contiki tour.
