hello all, can any1 please help?

But winamp, media player n **** does.

Help anyone?

cheers

Open IE. Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
Go down to Multimedia and make sure Play sounds in webpages is checked.
If it already is you might want to check your Wave volume in the volume controls. Double click the volume icon in the tray and make sure it's up and on. If it's not displayed click on Options>Advanced Controls.
Hope that helps.
BTW when asking for tech support the "n ****" bit doesn't really help any.

Well I'm stumped. Times like these I suggest the help files, look through the IE help files for things to do with volume and sound settings and just double check everything. Depending on what kind of sounds aren't playing there might be problems with drivers for certain devices or it might just be a setting that's turned on/off somewhere deep in your options.
Have you messed with any settings latley?
