Not so sure it was the Cats' disposal, Jars, as much as it was their fitness, or apparent lack of it. From where I was sitting, it looks like the legs of a lot of players gave out in the final term. No excuse for that, ten rounds into the season...
I'll agree with you on the umpires, up to a point. They made some bad calls for both teams-- and although it does sound like a cliché, the calls did even out towards the end. Neither side can use the umpies as an excuse.
Back on topic, and having just gotten home from Geelong, I had a wonderful birthday weekend, despite my teams (Cats and Quakes) both losing. Thanks to everyone for making it worthwhile.
