I had dinner with a few of the young Richmond boys last night and it was evidently clear that they were glad to see the back of him. In fact, in a game of AFL Live with Tommy Roach, his first move was to remove Zantuck for the Richmond line-up, which seemed to please the other Richmond boys.

The apparent reason for his departure was that following his much-publicised incident with Hawthorn's Mark Williams, Wayne Campbell endeavoured to 'have a word with him', to which Ty lost his temper and undermined Campbell's authority. Henceforth, he lost all respect amongst the playing group.
