Roast Zero Round, Zero Clue

It benefits them off-field by helping them promote the game. And given all four games were a sellout, that would indicate that it achieved the purpose.

Off-field is not a zero sum game. Just because it is benefiting the opposition, , it doesn’t mean it’s bad for us.

I’m all for it, can’t think of any reason why not? We’ll get to unfurl the flag soon enough.

If we had won on the weekend (and we’ve won our fair share at that ground in the past) nobody would be complaining about it.
The sellout talk appears BS - seemed to be a lot of space in the stands on TV.
Or is it still a sell out if you give tickets to people who don’t come?

Our game?

Nah, it was a fair sellout. Attendance was 21235 in a stadium that holds 23500.

You’d get much the same proportion of people turning up to a ‘sellout’ H&A MCG game.

That stadium has a fair amount of standing area, so an unoccupied seat doesn’t necessarily mean its unsold or a no-show.

We lost, 18 of them and 18 of us on the field, anywhere, anytime I say.

I’m more upset about my tiny brain, SuperCoach is making it hurt now with all the Magpies not scoring for a round.
