You are still missing the bloody point dymot.

The RC has cleared Gillard of any wrongdoing. It is a recommendation handed down by the RC. Therefore the probe into her has been a waste of money. Fact. And she now has grounds in regards to the accusations and misrepresentations made of her. And who could blame her if she did that.

Very unlikely she'll successfully sue for a royal commission outcome clearing her.

But she was aware of facts, had she turned her mind to them, which would have indicated that the source of the wads of bank notes cannot have been the low union salary of Mr Wilson of about $50,000 – a man who was supporting his family in Perth, his own household in Melbourne, and his relationship with Ms Gillard in Melbourne, and who was not shown to have had any 125
income from property exceeding the cost of mortgage repayments – but must have been some fund he did not own but did control. That is, she must have been aware of facts, which had she turned her mind to them, would have revealed that Mr Wilson was making payments to her in breach of some fiduciary duty.

Just got in and saw the news re the submission at the RC. But what does this have to do with Smith's complaint being investigated by the Vic Fraudies?

Yes i know Smith has friends in the Vic police force just like he has/had a very good friend in the HSU hierarchy, anyway good luck with that mate.

There was a moment some time back on the Sky News Australian agenda show when she accused Paul Kelly of having a list of questions concerning the AWU scandal that was prepared by another journalist as you could imagine Kelly was lost for words as his head looked likely to explode at any moment, anyway imo from that day on News Ltd went full bore on anything negative about our first female PM, and still it goes on.
