Bartel has hit back at commentators who criticized him for diving, saying that he didn't dive and it was never his intention to draw a free kick.

Dermott didn't ask him, he made a typical facetious comment and I thought Jimmy handled it very well. Brereton is always stirring up s**t about Geelong, I wouldn't be surprised if he was hodgepodge on this forum.
