I agree. I also think the power has been taken away from the umpires somewhat. A bit like the match review panel in the way that they can't blow the whistle for what they see in regards to their knowladge and experience. It has to be word for word in the book or they get dragged over the coals...

Back when forwards and backs stayed forward and back! Most would tend to stay forward and back rather than running back every time there was a stoppage. Especially if the interchange was at 40. Might end up with a real full forward again. Ps I loved the G-train
