I asked about fatigue and how their bodies are tracking this year and jimmy web said most guys are spending less time needed on recovery than he can remember and his body is in perfect nik.

Shin soreness = shin splints? Hope not, I've had them the last year or so, absolute bitch of a thing and not a whole lot you can do about it.

Yeah, I've had shin splints before.

Was always able to play through though, and hurt more the next day if anything.

I suppose this would be more of an issue with AFL players.
 
Bruce as well or something similiar.

I got them before starting to wear orthotics and they are a horrible thing. Surgery is apparently very effective with them though.
