Always handy to have a seemingly capable and reliable (albeit not outstanding) small defender in the team. Every side in the comp has a dangerous small forward, or more.
Hopefully Max can pull a Benny Jacobs and carve out a spot in the side by negating an opposition player without costing us anything and positively contributing on the other side of the ball.

Kudos on the work ethic at bare minimum.

Had a VFL run on a wing and impressed. May not be played as a defender if given a chance.

He doesn't kick fancy goals at training off both feet, doesn't "run good patterns", did not go high in the draft, and wasn't awarded overestimated VFL stats.

He is s**t and we should make fun of him
