Jimmy just seems to have the kind of character you can build an entire team around. Guys like this are the glue that hold teams together. They build enthusiasm, camaraderie and work ethic. Hs been very much lacking in recent years, but could be on the turn now. We absolutely must extend Hogan at the first available opportunity.
