Chanderpaul's was truly unique though. He started at somewhere between 45 and 90 degrees from the stumps.

Handscombe starts uncomfortably deep in the crease, and wields the bat like a noble swordsman about to lop a few peasant heads off. Chris Broad held the bat high like that.
