As in, if Jagielka is sprinting back from a corner and not worrying about dribbling the football, he could hit a higher speed over the longer distance.

Likewise with De Laet running up the wing to support the forwards.

Well for instance Distin is still surprisingly quick and he's what, 36?

But I think Jatz has the right idea, it must be tracking their off-the-ball speed which is obviously a lot quicker.

Walker is easily our quickest. Needs to be to get back from being out of position so often but more often than not still does!
