Agreed, Chelsea have already wasted the last 2 seasons but they have some very talented players on the list and Poch has been there what, 7 months?
Usually when clubs turn over a list they need 2 summer transfer windows to clear out players, and bring in the ones they want. Chelsea have quite a few players they can turn for profit, then they can look at a better 9.
