Very scrappy 2nd quarter from the team. It was a case of get ball kick ball without much thinking. This team has similar difficulties defending as the seniors; too many loose players coming from further up the ground. Darcy sole hope up forward, marking well. Cordy doing well. McLean trying hard but disposals not clean.
Perhaps we are a bit too top heavy in the conditions: not much pace from Martin, Sweet, Cordy, O'Brien, Darcy and Schache. Melbourne's cleaner midfielders making a difference.
