Drummond gets owned, and decides to get his own back (should have hit him the first time)
Bloodsport Johnson doesn't like it
Chuck Hayes gets hot
Toronto fans over the border for the night get heated
Could have ended up as 'Malice at the Palace II' if things escalated, ten years after the original

There are a few with the art down pat... Harden and Kobe off the top of my head.

They'll initiate all the contact, flail around and pretend like they were fouled. If the defender has position and his arm isn't swinging it should never be a foul.
