That's certainly an iconic scene. There were so many other great scenes in that film: De Niro and Walken stalk and kill the deer with the Russian choral music as a backdrop; the bar scene where one of the guys plays Chopin on the piano before it cuts to Vietnam; the argument between De Niro and Cazale on the mountain road. etc, etc
 
Another one from me is scene from Gattaca when Anton asks his brother Vincent “how are you doing this Vincent?”.

And Vincent replies ..You wanna know how I did it? This is how I did it Anton. I never saved anything for the swim back.”
