Voss would be lucky to get another chance to be a senior coach. And Carlton list really isn't that bad just look at our last 2 weeks.

Was he not responsible for the loss of Bradshaw , rischitelli and picking up fevola for henderson and pick 12?

Did 5 talented junior players not leave under his watch? I know helping new players relocate isn't primarily head coaches job, but he would have an influence.

Their style of play was disjointed under him.

And now ports midfield is struggling, with many players going backwards.

Agree completely. Vossy will end up like Laidley, Harvey, McCartney etc and be a career assistant coach, someone who couldn't quite cut the mustard ats a head coach. Nothing personal, just that some have it and some don't.
