Are Moamas rooms still heated, I remember playing there mid 90s and I reckon their facilities were better than most afl clubs back then

What are the odds the MDL goes ahead in 2024? Will it proceed with six or seven clubs in the hope it goes to at least eight the following year?

Toc are 1st Club in. I've heard they are prepared to start with low numbers.
Would Rumba or Finley benefit from joining them or would it be seen as a negative.
Rumba would be right in the mix to go into the lesser standard after 2 years without a Win. Finley are well placed at the moment so I don't think it would interest them at this point in time.
Finley being within the MFL ‘ premier league ‘ provides them with a point of difference within their region which assists them in attracting/ maintaining players , particularly juniors.

Hamish Shepard is a star big man. I'd be expecting Deni to get rolling & potentially be up there.

Finley is not going anywhere. In a good position financially and no consideration to change leagues. Some good recruiting for the 2024 season too.

Huge get for Deni. To put it into perspective, In my opinion id expect Shep to be more influential then Lloyd.
Blokes with his size/athletic ability are like unicorns to the MFL.
Any truth to the rumour Brock Close also considering playing for the rams this season?
Early indications are that Shepparton East and Murchison-Toolamba have voted to join the proposed Murray District competition.

You would think if their reasons for changing leagues has not changed they would stay where they are, or do a shepp east when they found the MFNL above them and try to drop down to the KDFNL

I think they changed on the provisio this league would be started, they're no longer a major league club
