Weighting is based on the percentage of votes for the week. This is to take into consideration that not every week has the same number of people posting votes. It's just an accumulated total.

Eg. 10 people vote for player 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in that order, total votes is 150
Player 1 ends up with 50 votes, weighting of 50/150 = 0.33
Player 2 ends up with 40 votes, weighting of 40/150 = 0.27
Player 3 ends up with 30 votes, weighting of 30/150 = 0.20
Player 4 ends up with 20 votes, weighting of 20/150 = 0.13
Player 5 ends up with 10 votes, weighting of 10/150 = 0.07
