Sheffield Shield- South Australia vs New South Wales, Adelaide Oval 8-11 November

What a disgraceful performance that was, the Deadback players must hang their heads in shame. That horror patch (where we lost 5/20) killed us. Hope this won't be a regular trend for SA this season...

It's also interesting that as far as I can tell Cooper got sent out with instructions to tell Hughes to up the runrate.

That call backfired.

Cosgrove back surely after some of the disgraceful shots in the middle order.

Bowlers under more pressure IMO. Given we're playing 5 bowlers we have to take more wickets than we did in the second innings.

We could definitely use O'Keefe, wonder if we could convince him to come to SA? After all Adelaide Oval has been an inspiring venue in 2014 (both for spectators & players)

NSW too good, although must be said the Redbacks were very poor today. Have to admire the Blues and their depth, some big selection decisions ahead for them

If any spinner could bowl NSW to victory was always going to be SOK. No idea who in their right mind decided a great 'tactic' was to attack SOK.

Because blocking him out worked so well yesterday?

They weren't blocking him out though, that is the point. I'm happy as a NSW fan SOK becomes 10 times more dangerous when batsmen attack him.

Just going to point out that this was Hughes 50th match in the Sheffield Shield

Interesting that his average hasn't improved that much. Maybe Adelaide isn't the road most believe it to be.

It is a road though. Saying otherwise is just plain incorrect.
