Roast Statement on Umpires

Have one umpire in each game who can do it.

Or just allow certain umpires to do it. Like first bounce of each wuarter only or something

You have 10-12 umpires in the group who have the required skill, and at least one officiates in every match. The others don't have to do it. Only those umpires who have the skill do the centre bounce. Then you open up the career path to more umpires who may only be prevented from reaching the highest level not because of how they umpire, but because of the fact they cannot bounce the ball.

Oh, and overhaul the rules to make the game easier to officiate.

"Sure, Wallet's son missed some calls, gave some dumb frees, but man we were really pleased with how he bounced the ball when it'd be easier, faster, and more accurate to just toss it."

It's like deciding who should be a judge based on how loudly they hit the hammer. Just stoopud.
