It's Jobe's decision when he wants to hand the captaincy over, whe he does, he'll be handing it to Hepp
 
We all watched what he did with BJ on Saturday night.

Tough thing to do, did it superbly and clearly had an impact on BJ which he showed after he kicked the goal.

Wouldn't see early day Cotchin or current day Murphy do that.

Hes ready!
