They’ve all got off season programs that they are undergoing now even while overseas

And CT would outrun most in the afl

CT didn’t even crack the top ten of our pre season time trial (which was a 1.8km shuttle). That’s top ten of possibly the worst running side in the history of the modern AFL.

Good hip turn, nice shoulder rotation, and the club is square at the top (but laid off a little). There’s every chance he nailed it.
